A few minutes ago, I was out helping my Friend as he’s not doing so well lately…. Within a fruststring conversation…. i created the motivonal/inspirational saying that is this (right off top of my head, it’s actually really good) 

“Life is like a sugar coated arse crack. Once you’ve licked away the sugar, You see the Sh*t. Then, you just need to clean the Sh*t  away and make something good of that arse crack. “

So as it says… Life is sugar coated, There are bad times and good times… You just need to fight that bad times, to create more good. And make something good out of your life :)
